Dustin Brown Starts Grass Season with a Bang

If this is how Dustin Brown is going to play on grass this summer, get your popcorn popped and get ready for excitement.

The German pulled off two exquisite hot shots at the Manchester Challenger during his 7-6(3), 7-6(3) victory over American Rajeev Ram. The first was a gorgeous, full-extension dive reminiscent of the beauty he pulled against Lleyton Hewitt at Wimbledon in 2014. The second was a little showboaty, but it was pretty stellar nonetheless.

We’ll look forward to more grass shenanigans from Brown. On Thursday he defeated Mishcha Zverev, 2-6, 6-3, 7-5, to reach the quarterfinals.
