Keeping up with the game of tennis, by the numbers. Here’s what went down on Day 4 of #RG19, by the numbers.

The 11-time champion is into the third round in Paris with a victory over Yannick Maden—things will ramp up a bit in the third round as he faces Belgium’s David Goffin next. Nadal owns the 3-1 lifetime edge over Goffin and is 3-0 against him on clay.

Sloane Stephens’ record in tiebreakers in 2019. The American leads the tour in tiebreak wins this season. Stephens took another breaker today in her 6-1 7-6(4) victory over Sara Sorribes Tormo.

Rafael Nadal is bidding to win his fourth Grand Slam title after turning 30, and only three other players have won four or more majors after turning 30 (Laver, Rosewall, Federer).

The last time two or more teenagers advance to the third round at Roland Garros. 16-year-old Diane Parry was eliminated today. Marketa Vondrousova or Anastasia Potapova has already qualified for the round of 32 (pending result), and Bianca Andreescu, Iga Swiatek and Amanda Anisimova will be in action tomorrow with a shot to make it four.

Number of aces that Naomi Osaka his in her first-round victory over Anna Karolina Schmiedlova on Day 3. The World No.1 has hit ten aces in a match six times and is undefeated in those matches. She’ll face Victoria Azarenka on Day 5.

Number of players that have won all four Grand Slam titles two or more times (Laver and Emerson). Both Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic are bidding to become the third man to achieve the feat here at Roland Garros.

Combined number of Grand Slam matches won by Corentin Moutet and Juan Ignacio Londero prior to this week. They will meet inthe third round and one of these players will reach the second week in Paris.
