Roland Garros will refund ticket holders.
In an email to ticket holders, the French Tennis Federation said it will issue refunds to all who purchased tickets for the 2020 French Open.

Roland Garros, originally scheduled to start on May 24th, has moved to September 20th—one week after the US Open ends—though given the uncertainty of the coronavirus crisis it's uncertain if the tournament will be played.
"The current health situation linked to Covid-19 and the extent of this pandemic are causing uncertainty for all events bringing together the public, all over the world," the French Tennis Federation said in a message to ticket holders. "We have chosen to postpone Roland-Garros until the end of September and, assuming our responsibility, we are currently working in collaboration with the French authorities to jointly define the appropriate measures that will guarantee the health and safety of all people present.
"Pending having drawn up all the outlines, the French Tennis Federation has decided to cancel and refund all tickets already purchased."

Reigning Roland Garros and US Open champion Rafael Nadal is pessimistic the 2020 season will resume normally.
However, as of now the French Tennis Federation still hopes to play Roland Garros in September—depending on the state of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ability to ensure the safety of players and staff and the availability of international travel.
The French media is reporting if Roland Garros is played, it will likely be moved back one week to start on September 27th.
