Sometimes it's fun to drive through the more exclusive neighborhoods of your hometown and see how "the other half lives."

When you want to see how the other 0.000001% lives, you check out Pete Sampras' house. Sampras and wife Bridgette Wilson recently sold their 16,177 square foot mansion in Thousand Oaks, Calif., which was last listed at $19.95 million, and the buyers are Chinese investors.

The mansion has seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a 1,200 square foot guest house, a 2,000 square foot detached gym, a north-south tennis court (of course) and a swimming pool. The house sits on 20 acres on a hill in the Lake Sherwood neighborhood located in the Santa Monica Mountains.

The neighborhood is quite exclusive with only about 1,500 residents, including celebrities Wayne Gretzky, Paul Anka, Britney Spears, Tom Petty and Sylvester Stallone.
