Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka to Reunite

The "Silent Hs" are back together.

After splitting up at the end of the 2013 season, Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka will reportedly be playing together in 2015. The pair won two Grand Slam titles together, an Olympics silver medal, and have been an integral part of the Czech Republic's success in Fed Cup.

"We both know that together we have the best chance to win something and that it doesn't make sense to start anything new," Hradecka told tennis-arena.cz, which was reported in English by Yahoo Sports

The pair split in October 2013, shortly after winning the US Open, as Hlavackova instead decided to partner Lucie Safarova and also won the China Open in Beijing with Peng Shuai. Hradecka teamed up with Michaella Krajicek

"I was the one who decided for a change in autumn last year so... it's clear that (the comeback) was my initiative," said Hlavackova.

"I apologised for something, we sorted a few things out. You don't know what you have until you lose it," she added. "It's like in a relationship -- after five years you no longer appreciate some things and find other things attractive."

The pair returned to action together on the ITF Circuit earlier this month; they won the $100,000 level event in Poitiers, France, before losing in the quarterfinals at the $50,000 event in Nantes.

"I guess we're both reasonable and we know what we want to achieve and what we have already achieved," added Hradecka. "Standing on the court with a grand slam trophy, having an Olympic medal, those are fantastic experiences, and when you have a chance to do it again, it would be a mistake not to try."

The Czechs reported reunion would seemingly leave China's Peng without a partner heading into the 2015 season. Peng told reporters at the WTA Finals in Singapore that she and Hlavackova would team up next year, after having a well-publicized dispute with Su-wei Hsieh
