Eva Asderaki-Moore, of Greece, made history on Sunday as she became the first female to serve as chair umpire of the men's singles final at the US Open. According to the USTA, the US Open is also the first Grand Slam to feature a female chair umpire for both the women's and men's singles final in the same year, after Croatian Marija Cicak chaired Saturday's women's final.
