Juan Martin Del Potro continues to keep fans updated on his recovery from recent surgery on his left wrist.

Coaching News: Fernando Gonzalez to Coach Giraldo

The Argentine tennis star made a return trip to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota where he had the operation in March.

"Hello everyone! Here's a photo with Richard Berger during my second visit to the Mayo Clinic after the surgery. The doctor is pleased with the recovery and even though I still have to wear the splint, I will begin doing rehabilitation exercises to regain mobility in the wrist. Thank you for your messages and happy Labor Day!" Del Potro posted on his personal Facebook page.

Del Potro has not played since retiring in his second round match against Somdev Devvarman in Dubai. Del Potro later withdrew from events in Indian Wells and Miami before having surgery soon after. Dr. Berger is the same doctor who operated on Del Potro's right wrist back in 2010.

Though Del Potro continues to recover, there is no set date for his return to the tour.

"Obviously, it's not the easiest choice or the happiest moment of my career. I experienced a similar situation and I know how hard it is to be out of the tour, the desire to return, the endless weeks of recovery and how difficult it is to start fighting for the top spots in the rankings again," Del Potro said in an earlier update.
