Roger Federer made quick work of Dutchman Thiemo de Bakker on Sunday at the Sony Open in Miami, 6-3, 6-3 in 63 minutes. Remarkably, Federer has only lost ten points on serve in his first two matches in Miami, but Federer really raised some eyebrows when he absolutely tattooed this forehand past de Bakker early in the first set while returning.

Message sent. Federer is on point.

Roger will surely be tested more stringently in the round of 16 when he meets Frenchman Richard Gasquet. It hasn't been a great start to 2014 for Gasquet, but he came through nicely on Sunday, defeating Kevin Anderson, 6-3, 6-4.

In other action, Andy Murray took down Feliciano Lopez for the ninth time in nine career matches, setting up a round-of-16 showdown with Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
