Second Serve

By Nick Georgandis

All was quiet in both the men's and women's top 10s as the latest ATP and WTA rankings were released on Monday.
On the men's circuit, there were only two moves in the Top 20 during the week of Davis Cup action. Milos Raonic, hero of Canada's upset win over Italy in the Davis Cup quarterfinals, moved up one spot to No. 15 in the world.
Raonic, 13-4 with a title under his belt so far in 2013, is two spots shy of his career high of No. 13.
The other slight change in the men's Top 20 saw Juan Monaco surpass Andreas Seppi for No. 18.
The biggest move in the Top 50 was by the Czech Republic's Lukas Rosol, who jumped 17 spots to No. 46
There were only two changes in the women's Top 20. Carla Suarez Navarro moved up from 20th to 19th, and Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova jumped from 26th to 20th following her title at Monterrey, defeating No. 6 Angelique Kerber in the final.
It was Pavlyuchenkova's first title of the year and the fourth of her career. It was also her second win this year over Kerber.
