WTA No. 2-ranked riser Agnieszka Radwanska isn't just fearless on the court, she's up for exciting situations off it as well.

While in Connecticut last week for the New Haven tournament, Radwanska, who is allergic to insect stings, nobly assisted a Connecticut TV reporter after a bee flew inside his shirt.

While she didn't actually touch the bug, in fact backing several feet off from the man with the microphone, she did deftly point out its location just inside his pocket.

Don't tell PETA, but the bug was dead by the time it hit the ground after the reporter shook it loose.
Radwanska cruised to a first-round victory Tuesday at the US Open, and will "bee" in action Thursday at 1 p.m. in the second round.
