The Hopman Cup begins on Sunday, January 1st with the Czech Republic facing the United States followed by defending champion Australia against Spain.
Alexander Zverev hit on Perth Arena court with older brother Mischa, a sometime practice partner for Federer. Alexander Zverev, who beat Federer on the grass of Halle in June, is looking forward to a rematch with the former world No. 1 next week.
"It’s going to be a great match and I’m already looking forward to it," Zverev told

. "He hasn’t played for a while but I heard that he was practising very well in Dubai and is well prepared.”
