Hot Shot: Murray’s Running One-Hander Sends Ferru Falling



Fans were treated to plenty of lung-busting rallies during Andy Murray’s quarterfinal tilt with David Ferrer. None better than this gem produced by Murray in the fourth set. Murray scores a knockdown on Ferrer at the end of a long rally when he makes this stunning pick-up on the dead sprint and sends it curling past the Spaniard for a clean—and gorgeous—winner.

Murray would march to victory from there, claiming his sixth consecutive victory over Ferrer to reach the Australian Open semifinals for the sixth time.
