Rafael Nadal is gearing up for the Happy Slam enjoying family fun.

The reigning Australian Open champion and wife Mery took their son, baby Rafa, out for a day trip to Sydney Harbor. Marc Lopez, Nadal's friend and coach, joined the family.

Baby Rafa, the couple's first child, was born on October 8th.

Like any good dad, Rafa supports his son's neck and head holding him close.



The Australian Open starts on January 16th in Melbourne Park.

Twenty-two time Grand Slam king Nadal is aiming to defend a hard-court major title for the first time.
