22-year-old Aussie Bernard Tomic’s rough times continue. The world No. 25 was arrested at the W Hotel in Miami on Wednesday after a party he was hosting in a room got too loud. According to a TMZ report, Tomic aggressively pointed a finger at hotel security when they knocked to ask him to quiet down.

Tomic was asked to leave and when he refused he was arrested and taken to the local police station. According to the report he was released on 2,000 bail.

Tomic, who unleashed a controversy during Wimbledon when he went on a rant against the Australian tennis federation, had been suspended from this weekend’s Davis Cup tie in Darwin, Australia. Instead he played the Hall of Fame Tennis Championships in Newport, Rhode Island, losing in the first round.
