Shank of the year? You may never see a more dazzling forehand shank than this one off the racquet of Fernando Verdasco, during the Bryan Brothers 3-6, 7-5, 10-8 win over Rafael Nadal and Verdasco on Saturday night at the BNP Paribas Open.

Nadal and Verdasco would rally to level at 8-8 in the match tiebreak, but a Nadal double-fault followed by a forehand error ended the Spaniard’s hopes.
