Video: Monaco’s Tweener Lob Befuddles Kokkinakis



Well, well, well it looks like we’ve got ourselves a new BNP Paribas hot shot of the week. Check out Juan Monaco’s gorgeous tweener lob, which sails over the head of Thanasi Kokkinakis as the crowd—and Monaco—go wild.

Monaco’s drop shot off the let cord was actually good enough to be considered a hot shot, but Kokkinakis brought it back to set Monaco running, and the rest, as they say, was history. Tweener history, that is.
