Serena Says I Played Really Bad
When the current and former world No. 1 player square off in the third round, both expect a physical battle. Four of their last six matches have gone the distance. Williams has won 15 of their 18 meetings, including an 8-0 mark in their Grand Slam meetings.
"It's not too much surprise there," Azarenka said after her 6-2, 6-3 sweep of

. "Both of us have played each other so many times, we always have tough matches. So facing somebody who is No. 1 in the world is never easy. But I just want to try to focus on my game and my energy and try to play the best as possible. There is no question you have to come up with your A game and play well."

Azarenka believes she won't suffer any collateral damage from her serving meltdown in Madrid.
Serving for the match, she double faulted on match point, one of three straight double faults and 10 overall, as Williams rallied for a 7-6 (5), 3-6, 7-6 (1) win. Azarenka says she's moved on from that gut-wrenching defeat by refusing to dwell on it.
"I don't really think about it. It's in the past, so to look at it doesn't make much sense because tomorrow if you win or lose it's always a new story," Azarenka said. "You have to be able to adapt in that match and be focused and present in that match. I've never lived in the past. "
