Prize money is on the rise at Roland-Garros.
The tournament announced on Friday that first-round losers, qualifiers, wheelchair and quad participants will take home a greater percentage of the pie.
Overall prize money will rise 12.3 percent, with singles participants seeing an overall boost of 9.1 percent, doubles will rise 4 percent and wheelchair and quad will jump a booming 40 percent.
