Footage of Serena’s San Francisco Superhero Moment

 


ABC’s Good Morning America released the actual security footage of Serena Williams’ crackdown of a cell phone thief outside a San Francisco restaurant earlier this week.

Kudos to Williams for doing the dirty work herself on this one. She didn’t pawn this off on an assistant or a friend. She saw a problem, conjured a way to fix it, and took care of business. The video is grainy, so it makes it hard to see Serena’s Superwoman cape, but we’re giving her the benefit of the doubt and assuming she was wearing it.

Our only problem is that we would have liked to see this guy handcuffed and thrown in the slammer by Serena. That would have been a nice touch.
