(August 12, 2012) -- The Bryan Brothers worked double duty on Sunday to win their fourth Rogers Cup title in Toronto. With the title -- Bob and Mike’s 80th, which is good for most all-time among doubles tandems -- the Bryan Brothers also qualified for the ATP World Tour Finals in London.

The Bryans defeated fifth-seeded Jurgen Melzer and Leander Paes in the semifinals today, 6-3, 6-4. The twins saved the only break points they faced in the match, and won 40 of 46 points on serve.

In the final, the Bryans were tested after blowing a set and a break lead against the eighth-seeded Spanish pairing of Marcel Granollers and Marc Lopez. The Olympic gold medalists also let a 7-4 lead in the match tiebreak slip away but saved a match point and eventually prevailed 6-1, 4-6, 12-10.

The title is the 21st Masters crown for the Bryans, and their fifth title of 2012.

The Bryans are the second team to qualify for the World Tour Finals this season. Max Mirnyi and Daniel Nestor qualified earlier in the week when they reached the Rogers Cup quarterfinals.
